Jose Luis Lanzagorta
Jose Luis Lanzagorta is a Senior Researcher in manufacturing processes at IDEKO, a member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance, based in Elgoibar, Spain. He works in the centre’s non-destructive testing laboratory, where his role centres on project management and on close collaboration with the team to develop new NDT solutions, accompanying technologies from the inception of an idea through project execution, analysis of results and evaluation with clients, particularly in projects at higher Technology Readiness Levels.
0. Among his recent developments is a new TOFD sensor capable of covering long welding depths, taken from low-TRL simulation-based design through to validated industrial specification.
